It’s web-based which offers a number of big advantages. Firstly, it puts a huge amount of information at the user’s fingertips without the need to take up space on their computer’s hard-drive. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, data is always up-to-the-second because the latest vehicle models, part numbers and prices (Australian east coast list pricing) are added as soon as they are available. Even though the data is web-based, you don't need to go fiddling around on a website - its directly integrated into Estimate Manager. All the Access Parts operations are straightforward and will be familiar to current Estimate Manager users so little or no training is needed. Using the system (once you are registered) is as simple choosing the existing Parts icon in Estimate Manager and selecting the make and model of vehicle. Parts are logically grouped in ‘impact order’ to make it easier to quickly select them and reduce the likelihood of missing any. A simple click adds a part to your list and once the list is complete, it’s downloaded to Estimate Manager and pasted directly into the quote. Best of all, with all parts numbers and the item descriptions accurately displayed there’s far less chance of costly errors occurring.
