IMPORTANT MESSAGE for ORM USERS. IAG has advised PPG that all repairers using ORM must upgrade to the new QDE3 technology by February 26, 2010. Contact the PPGAccess Helpdesk on 1800 627 798 to be upgraded.

Insurance Australia Group (comprising NRMA, RACV, CGU, SGIC, etc.) has advised PPG that support for the "old" version of ORM (QDE2.6) will be withdrawn on February 26th this year. Repairers who have not upgraded to the new version (QDE3) by this date will not be able to transact on-line with IAG.

The time required for changeover process varies but can be as short as 5 minutes if Microsoft DotNet Framework, the Microsoft technology used by QDE3, is already installed.
