An update to ORM, the online quoting protocol used by the Insurance Australia Group (comprising NRMA, RACV, CGU, SGIO etc), is being progressively rolled out by IAG. Repairers who are doing on-line work through ORM should contact the PPGAccess Helpdesk on 1800 627 798 to convert their Business Manager software to the new system. It is believed that all ORM shops will be converted by the end of January, 2010.

Repairers will see some minor changes in the operation of Estimate Manager and Mailbox after conversion and these changes are documented in the Help Library.
